Times Tables Race

Answer 10 questions and earn your stars!

Which table do you want to practise?

✖️ About this game

Knowing the times tables by heart frees a child’s mind for everything that comes later: division, fractions, area and mental arithmetic. This game turns the practice into short, ten-question races. Children choose one table to learn or mix them all for review, see instantly whether each answer is right, and collect up to three stars — a few minutes a day is enough to make real progress.

Best for ages 6–12

Tips for parents and teachers

Frequently asked questions

At what age should children learn their times tables?

Most children start with the 2, 5 and 10 tables around age 7 and know all tables to 10 by 9 or 10. Understanding what multiplication means comes first; speed comes with practice.

How long should my child play each day?

Five to ten minutes a day works better than one long session a week. Short, regular practice is what moves facts into long-term memory.

Is the game free?

Yes. It works in any browser on phone, tablet or computer, with no download and no account.
